National Star in Cheltenham is seeking an Employability Coach to support students with complex disabilities in Work Based Learning and classroom settings.
You will help learners develop life and work skills, build confidence, and arrange work placements with local employers while maintaining progress records. This permanent role is 0.9 FTE (37 hours across 42 weeks) and on-site at Greensteps in central Cheltenham.
