An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Planner or Senior Planner to join a highly regarded and growing planning consultancy based in Cheltenham.

, working across a diverse portfolio of projects.
The role offers exposure to:
- Residential and mixed-use developments
- Commercial and rural schemes
- Planning applications and appeals
- Strategic advice and site appraisals
You will play a key role in:
- Preparing and managing planning applications
- Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients
- Supporting project delivery from initial strategy through to determination
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
- Contributing to the continued growth of the business
This is a role where you will be trusted to take ownership, think strategically and deliver outcomes

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented planner who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You will likely have:
- A degree in Town Planning or related discipline
- MRTPI Chartered status (or working towards)
- Experience with in a consultancy or local authority environment
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage your time and workload effectively
You’ll be someone who values honesty, clarity and doing things properly
, with the confidence to provide clear advice and contribute to decision-making.
