Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer – Cheltenham

£30k-£40k per annum. Full‑time, permanent, South West UK (Cheltenham, Gloucestershire).

You will join a well‑established multidisciplinary property consultancy with over 50 years of experience. The role involves designing buildings of all sizes – from local schemes to complex projects up to £200m – in both the UK and internationally. Clients include F1 teams, motor manufacturers, schools, universities, contractors and developers.

The team is expanding and you will collaborate with structural, civil, construction and property experts on new build and refurbishment projects involving concrete, steel, timber and masonry. You will also undertake surveying, report generation and support chartership development.

• Design buildings using concrete, steel, timber and masonry
• Prepare survey reports and technical documentation
• Use structural analysis software such as Tekla, Master Series, SCIA and Tedds
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients
• Assist in achieving Chartered Engineer status

• Mid‑level structural design experience in buildings
• Proficiency with Tekla, Master Series, SCIA or Tedds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to attain chartership
• Full right to work in the UK long‑term (no sponsorship offered)
