Our client is seeking an experienced mechanical design engineer for a 6-month contract to work on a variety of design projects.
Responsibilities- Develop detail mechanical designs for complex mechanisms such as locks, latches, hinges, and joints.
- Utilise NX or Solid Works to create and revise drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design specifications and timelines.
- Minimum 2years of mechanical design experience using NX or Solid Works.
- Experience in designing locks, latches, hinges or other mechanical joints.
- Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
