Right now we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as an MEP Project Surveyor (Senior Surveyor), supporting projects across the Central Region, focusing on high‑profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical works around the Midlands area.

AboutThe Role
Our M&E Project Surveyors take ownership of the development and implementation of all pre‑ and post‑contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting, ensuring added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice.
- Lead & manage the financial management of projects, guiding them from initial planning through to final handover.
- Optimize costs by developing and executing cost‑management strategies that keep projects financially sound and deliver maximum value.
- Oversee subcontractor agreements, handling negotiations and payments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively identify and address financial risks, keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Provide clear, insightful financial reports that help shape project decisions and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and excellence.
