Senior System Engineer

Senior Systems Engineer – RF / Electronic Warfare – Contract – Hybrid (Cheltenham)

We're looking for a Senior Systems Test & Verification Engineer to support the development and qualification of advanced RF and Electronic Warfare systems within a defence aerospace environment.

This role is focused on system-level verification, validation, and qualification activities across complex airborne and mission-critical systems. You'll work closely with systems, software, hardware, and RF engineering teams to ensure products meet operational, customer, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience developing and executing formal test cases, procedures, and reports
• Requirements-based testing and verification methodologies
• RF systems, communications systems, or Electronic Warfare experience
• Experience with in aerospace, defence, or other safety-critical industries
• Requirements traceability and compliance management using DOORS or DOORS Next
• Integration, verification, and acceptance testing experience
• Electronic Warfare systems experience
• Familiarity with DO-178C or DO-254 development environments
• Hardware/software integration testing
• Airborne systems, radar, or mission systems experience
• Experience supporting qualification, certification, or customer acceptance activities
