Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the aerospace and defence industries, is recruiting a Test Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team at the Bishops Cleeve site in Cheltenham. You will lead a team of Test Engineers, delivering robust test capability across production operations.
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this hands-on leadership role combines technical depth with people management to ensure quality, reliability and performance.
