• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on BMS installations to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to BMS hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement new BMS installations, including system configuration and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and staff on BMS operations and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all service activities, including reports on system performance and recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source replacement parts and components as needed.
• Participate in on-call support rotations to address urgent service requests outside of regular working hours.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BMS technology to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development of service plans and strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.
• Engage in regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures within the organization.

• Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer or in a similar technical role, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
• Strong understanding of Building Management Systems, including HVAC, lighting control, and energy management systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BMS hardware and software.
• Familiarity with programming languages and tools used in BMS, such as BACnet, Modbus, or Lon Works.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites as required.

• Relevant certifications in BMS or related fields, such as CIBSE or BEMS qualifications.
• Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices in building operations.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to BMS installations.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for BMS troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to BMS installations.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.

• This role may require occasional travel to client sites within the region, so flexibility is essential.
