Hospitality Supervisor

Temp All Staffing Ltd are recruiting experienced supervisors to lead our temporary teams during the 2026 Cheltenham Festival. As a representative of Temp All Staffing, you will oversee our contingent of waiting staff, bartenders, and kitchen porters, ensuring they deliver the high standards of service expected by the festival organisers.

Must be available:
March 10th – March 13th, 2026 (The Cheltenham Festival)

• Team Supervision: Manage and motivate a team of temporary staff provided by Temp All Staffing, ensuring all members are on-site, in correct uniform, and briefed for their shifts.
• On-site Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Temp All Staffing and the festival’s hospitality managers to ensure seamless integration of agency staff.
• Service Excellence: Oversee the delivery of exceptional table and bar service in VIP suites, corporate boxes, or public areas.
• Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to food safety standards and responsible alcohol management protocols.
• Performance Monitoring: Handle any staff queries on-site and maintain high morale and professionalism within the temporary team.

• Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or leadership role.
• Availability: You must be available to work all four days of the festival (March 10th – 13th, 2026).
• Transportation: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, a professional “can-do” attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Dress Code: A smart professional dress code is required at all times.
