Part-Time Finance Assistant

We are a growing Tik Tok marketing agency working with exciting brands and creators to deliver high-performing, creative campaigns. As a fast-paced, digital-first business, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Finance Assistant to keep our financial processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Finance Assistant will support the agency’s day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate records, timely invoicing and smooth cash flow. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers in a creative agency environment and is comfortable working independently one day per week.

• Processing supplier invoices, creator payments, and staff expenses
• Raising and issuing client invoices for campaigns and retainers
• Tracking incoming payments and assisting with credit control
• Performing bank and payment platform reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate accounts payable and receivable records
• Supporting payroll preparation (where applicable)
• Organising and maintaining digital financial records
• Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Responding to finance-related queries from the team and clients
• Supporting the Founder with ad hoc finance tasks

• 2+ years experience in a finance or accounts assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using accounting software
• Ability to manage workload independently within limited weekly hours
• Familiarity with tools such as Xero, or similar
• Understanding of project-based or campaign billing
