You'll identify key tax risks, advise on warranties and indemnities, and support tax due diligence for both buy-side and vendor engagements. You'll conduct pre-disposal reviews, advise on corporate and group reorganisations, and contribute to structuring transactions for optimal tax outcomes. Clear communication and commercial insight will be central to your success.

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
• Experience in UK corporation tax and transactions tax, or a strong interest in moving into this area
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify risk and pricing implications
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
