Your new role
As the Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting across the group. You will:

• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for all group entities, including the consolidated group, ensuring full compliance with FRS 102.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors, managing the audit process end to end.
• Support month end close, including production of the consolidated balance sheet and timely reconciliations.
• Serve as a technical accounting expert, preparing high quality accounting papers and advising stakeholders on complex accounting matters.
• Oversee the accounting for the group's Guernsey entities and liaise with external accountants.
• Support tax compliance and act as the main point of contact for tax advisors.
• Assist with covenant reporting and cashflow management.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and projects as required by the Financial Controller and CFO.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential:

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Highly organised, accurate and able to work proactively.
• Strong in communication, planning, and attention to detail.
• Able to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Desirable:

• Experience with in financial services, audit, or practice.
• Exposure to PE-backed environments or FCA reporting.
• Tax compliance experience.
• Knowledge of Sage 200 or similar financial systems.
