Credit Controller – Cheltenham

Location:

Cheltenham (Office-based, parking available)
Salary:
Up to £38,000 per year, depending on experience

Hours:

Full-time or Part-time considered (Monday–Friday)

Are you a proactive, confident communicator who loves bringing order to numbers and keeping cashflow on track? We’re looking for a Credit Controller to join our growing ITS Cheltenham team and make a real impact in a busy, friendly office.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Chasing outstanding invoices by phone and email – turning “we’ll pay next week” into real payments

* Managing debtor ledgers with precision and attention to detail

* Allocating payments and keeping records up-to-date

* Working closely with consultants to quickly resolve queries

* Identifying overdue accounts and escalating when necessary

* Supporting wider finance and credit control duties in a busy, collaborative office

About You

* Confident and persuasive communicator, especially on the phone

* Previous credit control experience is preferred but not essential

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Motivated, resilient, and ready to take full ownership of your ledger

* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
