Job Description

• Process office and client account transactions
• Manage IPO account transactions and all related tasks.
• Process invoices, including reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Handle transactional banking queries from disbursement suppliers, banks, international intermediaries, internal teams, and external clients.
• Advise on client-related banking queries, including international payments, liaising with bank contacts as needed.
• Review and authorise client payments.
• Assist with month-end reporting and duties.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Cashier should have:

• Proven legal cashiering experience, including handling international payments.
• Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and compliance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Skilled in prioritisation and working under pressure.
• Proactive, resourceful, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Available to start January/February for a fixed‑term contract.
• Comfortable with hybrid working
