About the role

As a Senior Income and Agency Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of income within Intelliflo (IO) and maintaining compliant, up‑to‑date client records across novation income and agency processes. You’ll oversee the seamless integration of acquired clients into Attivo and act as the central point of contact for technical queries, data accuracy and process guidance.

Working closely with the Novation Manager, you’ll support operational projects, produce insightful BI reports and provide regular updates to help drive informed decision‑making. The role also involves fostering collaboration within the team and leading bi‑weekly meetings to share progress, maintain consistency and champion best practices.

About you

You’re an experienced financial services professional with strong knowledge of provider platforms and Intelliflo (IO). You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented and take ownership of your work, ensuring income reconciliations, provider statements and client records are accurate, compliant and up to date. You’re confident managing multiple priorities—from resolving payment queries to producing monthly reports and supporting project work. With excellent communication skills you build positive relationships across teams and approach every task with accountability and a drive for accuracy.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, financial services qualifications or familiarity with FCA regulations would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure all client records within iO are accurate, compliant and aligned from a novation income and agency perspective.
  • Reconcile income accurately within iO.
  • Oversee the efficient and accurate integration of acquired clients to Attivo.
  • Ensure provider statements and invoices are matched automatically.
  • Resolve any unmatched payments promptly.
  • Take the lead on administrative and reporting support for operational projects, providing regular updates to the Novation Manager.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the novation and income and agency processes.
Essential skills
  • Experience working within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of providers and platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and balance day‑to‑day responsibilities with project work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership and commitment to effective task completion.
  • Excellent knowledge of Intelliflo (IO).
  • Previous experience in a similar role with strong reporting, analytical and data management skills.
Desirable skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Additional certifications or qualifications related to financial services or data management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services, particularly under FCA regulations.
Salary

30,000 - 35,000 depending on experience.
