Our client, a large global organisation, is hiring an Accounts Assistant to support its busy finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with an international footprint, offering stability, progression, and exposure to a high-performing finance team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing and supporting month-end activities within a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently

Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts

Support month-end close activities

Assist with payment runs and expense processing

Maintain accurate financial records and support audits where required

You’ll work closely with the wider finance team and key stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role

Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes

Good Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and communication skills

The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a global business.
