We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys bringing clarity, structure and continuous improvement to financial reporting. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of our full suite of management accounts - from profit and loss to balance sheet and working capital - ensuring accurate, timely reporting for our Exec team and key stakeholders including our external Auditors.
Furthermore, you will identify control deficiencies with a focus on enhancing the financial control processes across the company, identifying risks and opportunities.
You’ll be a trusted partner in strategic decision‑making, turning data into meaningful insight and helping the business move forward with confidence. Alongside this, you’ll guide and develop a talented finance team, fostering a culture of learning, curiosity and growth. As we continue our finance transformation journey, you’ll play a key part in refining processes, enhancing efficiency and championing new ways of working.

Qualifications- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 5+ years' post‑qualification experience and a passion for continuous learning.
- A strong track record in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within a dynamic, growing organisation.
- Confident in delivering accurate, insightful monthly financial reporting that supports decision‑making across the business.
- Naturally analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Driven, organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, hands‑on and commercially aware, with a mindset geared toward improvement and innovation.
- Highly proficient in Excel, with experience using modern accounting and ERP systems to streamline processes and enhance reporting.
