An established and highly organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its high-performing team. This is a key technical role providing full support to Consultants, delivering high-quality client outcomes with precision and professionalism.

The Role
You will:
- Produce clear, compliant and technically robust suitability reports
- Analyse client objectives, existing plans and risk profiles
- Conduct whole-of-market research across pensions, investments and protection
- Perform complex technical calculations and support cashflow modelling
- Provide high-level technical support to Consultants
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
At senior level, you will also:
- Quality check and support the development of other Paraplanners
- Mentor Trainee Paraplanners
- Assist with complex cases and technical calculations
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives
- Support client meetings where required, including presenting cashflow analysis
About You
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
- Experience with in an IFA / Financial Planning environment
- Strong suitability report writing experience
- Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
- Cashflow modelling experience
- Familiar with research tools such as FE Analytics / Iress
- Strong regulatory awareness and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status
- Experience mentoring or checking the work of others
- Confident presenting technical information
