An award-winning, independent tax and advisory firm is looking to appoint a Senior Tax Manager / Partner Designate as part of succession planning for a retiring partner. Applications are welcome from experienced Senior Managers or ambitious Managers ready to step up.

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role working closely with owner‑managed businesses and entrepreneurs. The work is strongly advisory‑led and includes business sales and acquisitions, MBOs, restructuring, valuations, incentive schemes, venture capital work, and complex tax advisory, alongside oversight of compliance.

You’ll have direct access to decision‑makers, autonomy in how you work with clients, and a clear pathway to future partnership and equity for the right individual. This role offers a genuine alternative to large firm environments, with variety, influence, and long‑term career potential.
