We’re now looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our expanding team. If you've built up solid payroll experience, enjoy working with accuracy and pace, and like the variety that comes with supporting different clients, this could be a great next step for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing client payrolls from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Making sure payrolls are completed, signed off, and submitted in line with BACS payment deadlines
  • Applying your knowledge of pensions and automatic enrolment
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records, from payroll checklists to employee and client information
  • Administering statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, Shared Parental Leave, and Adoption Pay

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years payroll experience
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to team goals
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and manual calculations
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident communication skills and strong organisational ability
