AboutThe Role
As a FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Head of FP&A and be responsible for providing robust analysis to inform forecasting, budgeting, and 3‑year plan processes. You will collaborate with various business areas to ensure financial information is accurate, insights are clearly articulated, and risks are transparently communicated.
About YouYou are a detail‑oriented, analytical accountant with a minimum of five years’ experience in finance. You are comfortable analysing large financial datasets, extracting insights, and presenting them clearly to senior stakeholders. Your financial modeling and presentation skills enable you to produce high‑quality analysis that supports business decision making. You are a self‑starter who takes ownership and delivers on timelines.
Essential Skills And Experience- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5 years’ finance experience.
- Financial modelling experience, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow.
- Ability to simplify complex financial information succinctly for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to perform under pressure and at pace, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Cashflow management and reporting.
- Financial services industry experience.
- Creating complex financial models and forecasts.
- Providing financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting that align with Attivo’s strategy, including scenario analysis.
- Working with key stakeholders, analysing data trends to derive well‑evidenced financial modelling assumptions.
- Ongoing benefits tracking of strategic programmes.
- Producing analysis to support investor and debt provider information requests.
- Cost management: reviewing and identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
- Supporting cashflow management and reporting.
- Supporting acquisition due diligence and reporting.
- Analyzing financial data and market trends for the sector.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
£50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
