Responsibilities- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial analysis and guidance for business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement financial controls to optimise budgets.
- Deliver monthly management accounts and variance analysis to stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning processes.
- Analyse key performance indicators and recommend actions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Actively studying a qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
