Ready for your next step in Corporate Tax? We are working with a highly respected and growing professional services firm seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager to join their Midlands-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager looking to step up, or an established Manager seeking greater responsibility, client exposure, and a clear progression pathway.

You will work closely with senior tax leaders on a broad range of UK and international tax advisory projects while overseeing complex compliance work for a diverse client portfolio, including owner‑managed businesses, large corporate groups, and listed companies.

• Lead and deliver corporate tax advisory projects across UK and cross‑border matters.
• Manage complex corporate tax compliance assignments.
• Build and develop strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and add value to clients.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the tax practice.
• Coach and develop junior team members.

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong corporate tax advisory and compliance experience.
• Experience working with large groups and complex tax matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work.
