Graduate Finance Scheme – 2026

Ontic, a global manufacturer and licensor of complex engineering parts for the aerospace and defence industries, is recruiting for its 2026 Graduate Scheme for Finance graduates. The programme is a full‑time, permanent contract based in Staverton and Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham.

Over two years you will rotate through our finance departments, taking on business‑critical projects from day one. You will receive formal coaching, mentorship, on‑the‑job training, workshops and support for completing professional qualifications. On successful completion you will transition to a permanent finance role with opportunities to progress into leadership.

You will take ownership of tasks, use initiative to solve problems and collaborate with colleagues to achieve success. You will be involved in fast‑moving projects, learn and develop across multiple finance functions, and contribute directly to the company's business outcomes.

• Minimum 2:1 in a relevant Finance or Business‑related subject (or predicted to achieve 2:1)
• Growth mindset, curiosity, flexibility, resilience, analytical aptitude and strong collaboration skills
• Willingness to roll up sleeves, remove barriers and work in an ever‑changing environment
