• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide tailored financial planning and wealth management advice
• Conduct client meetings and fact-finds
• Identify opportunities to develop and grow existing client relationships
• Work collaboratively with paraplanning and administrative support teams
• Maintain compliance and regulatory standards at all times

• Diploma qualified or working towards Level 4
• Experience with in financial planning or wealth management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, driven, and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team environment
