Senior Project Accountant  BAE Systems, Barrow-in-Furness (Hybrid - 3 days on site)  £35 per hour PAYE  6-Month Contract We are recruiting for a Senior Project Accountant to join BAE Systems' FP&A Project Performance team. This role will provide key Project Finance support across major programmes, helping drive financial performance, project profitability, and informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Own and support all financial aspects of the project lifecycle. Deliver financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Provide valuable financial insights to internal and external stakeholders. Support the effective and profitable delivery of customer projects. Drive continuous improvement of Project Finance processes and controls. Ensure strong financial governance and compliance. Requirements Proven experience in Project Accounting, Project Finance, or FP&A.

Strong forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Experience working within complex project-based environments.
