Your new role An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious FP&A Senior Manager to join the finance team in a commercially focused role.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving the budgeting and forecasting process across the organisation. This position would suit a recently qualified accountant with a background in financial planning and analysis who is looking to move into a more strategic, business-partnering role within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Producing insightful financial and commercial analysis for senior stakeholders. Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives. Developing management reporting and performance dashboards. Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve business performance. Partnering with departments across the business to support informed decision-making. What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).

Approximately 2 years' post-qualified experience.

Experience with in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering. Strong analytical, reporting and financial modelling skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
