You’ll work closely with
the Managing Director, an experienced Chartered & Certified Financial Planner, and the Practice Manager,
learning the profession from the ground up. This is a role built on substance as much as client contact — you'll get fully immersed in the administration, research, and planning process that underpins every piece of advice, giving you a genuine, practical understanding of how financial planning really works rather than just a surface-level view.

As your knowledge, confidence and qualifications develop, there is the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility for client relationships and planning work.

Initially you will:

• Attend client meetings, taking notes and building client relationships.
• Prepare meeting documentation and complete follow-up actions.
• Research financial planning solutions and product providers.
• Liaise with clients, providers, and professional connections.
• Work alongside outsourced technical paraplanners to help deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Support the ongoing administration and servicing of client relationships.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll take on greater client-facing responsibility, potentially including leading client meetings and, over time, holding responsibility for specific client relationships.

You’ll have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills and a methodical, detail-focused approach — this role involves a genuine mix of administration and client contact.

• A professional, personable, and caring approach.

Experience with in financial services, accountancy, or another professional services environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
