The role exists to ensure the adviser can focus on client relationships while you handle the detailed technical work that underpins every piece of advice. You'll work closely with the adviser who manage established client banks, so the work is relationship-driven rather than transactional. What the role involves
- Preparing detailed suitability reports and letters of authority for adviser review
- Researching and analysing investment, pension and protection solutions across the market
- Liaising with product providers to progress new business and manage ongoing servicing
- Supporting a Senior adviser with technical queries and keeping up to date with regulatory changes
- Using back-office systems to maintain accurate client records and track case progress
- Working collaboratively with other paraplanners to ensure consistency and share knowledge Paraplanner Requirements
- Essential:
Proven paraplanning experience supporting a independent financial adviser
- Essential:
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
- Essential:
Ability to produce clear, compliant suitability reports to a high standard
- Desirable:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards chartered status
- Desirable:

- Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience
