Full‑time or Part‑time (Flexible hours between 16 to 40 hours per week)

• Premium Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour.

• Experience: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with proven experience working as a Senior Stylist on a busy salon floor.

  Confident and highly skilled in modern colour techniques (such as balayage, foliage, and high‑end gray‑blending), precision cutting, and luxury finishes.
• Communication: A positive, clear communicator who takes pride in giving an exceptional, 5‑star client consultation.
• Attitude: A reliable team player who is driven to succeed, proactive in building a column, and eager to continuously improve their skills.

• Delivering a full range of high‑end hair styling, cutting, and coloring services.
• Providing expert home‑care product prescriptions to protect your client’s hair investment.
• Managing your column efficiently using our in‑house booking system.
