Senior Hairstylist

We’re looking for a Senior Hair Colourist & Stylist to join our Cheltenham team to take over an established clientele.

You’ll consult, colour, cut and style to a genuinely high standard, building strong client relationships. You’ll also help to maintain the standards in the salon: supporting newer stylists, sharing your knowledge and keeping the energy exactly where LL likes it. Shining at the top!

You will need to:

• Bring a genuinely welcoming, inclusive energy to every appointment.
• Support newer stylists and apprentices, and help set the tone for the whole team.
• Stay current: attend training and development sessions, and bring new techniques back to the floor.
• Follow company policies and health and safety guidelines
• A team mindset. You contribute to a positive, supportive culture, not just your own diary
• Warm, genuine customer service. Clients should leave feeling like the best version of themselves after having an amazing experience

We are clear and transparent with your earnings, fully employed, 34% commission on services, 10% commission on retail sales, holiday pay (including commission) one extra days holiday for every full years service, full pension, full job security, continuous training, no risks or concerns & the continued support of a business owned by one woman, passionate about her business, her team and their development.

As Cheltenham’s premier hair & beauty destination we take real pride in building a team culture rooted in empowerment, inclusivity and genuine career progression.
