Salary: £32,760 per annum (£17.50 per hour)

Hours:

36 hours (3x shifts per week)

Shift patterns: 07:30–19:30, 19:30–07:30

Requirement:
Full UK Driving Licence (essential—you'll enjoy trips out & driving the client’s vehicle!)

We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Team Leader to guide a small team of Support Workers, supporting one lovely individual in their own home in Cheltenham. They live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND and Gastroparesis but that’s only part of their story. They also adore upcycling vintage treasures, getting creative, and spending time in the garden
. Your leadership will make sure every day feels meaningful, person‑centred and full of the things that bring joy.

• 12 hours a week spent leading and supporting your team organising rotas, helping colleagues grow, making sure everything is safe and running smoothly
• 24 hours a week working alongside the team, providing direct, hands‑on support and helping create uplifting daily moments

• Has experience leading or supervising within health or social care
• Is calm, kind and confident making decisions
• Understands complex care, allergies, and behaviours that may be challenging
• Loves encouraging others and building positive relationships
