Registered Nurse – Richmond Villages Cheltenham, Hatherley Lane, Gloucestershire, GL51 6PN

Pay: £21.75 per hour with £1,000 welcome bonus. Permanent part‑time covering 12‑hour day shifts (08:00–20:00) including alternative weekends.

• Drive and run the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
• Ensure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and provide clinical guidance to the whole care team, supporting all CQC tasks.
• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
• Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm that fosters a supportive work environment.
• Hands‑on caring approach, helping people maintain independence, choice and dignity.
• Effective communicator capable of building strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
• Passion for coaching, guiding and supporting the team and providing formal and informal training.
