• £14.51 per hour
• Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000)
• Ongoing career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• 36 hours per week (day shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management

In this role, your care goes beyond tasks; it’s in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm , welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home .
