Our Cheltenham Supported Living service is home to up to six adults with learning disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

We offer full-time hours.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

• Short day shifts: [e.g. 7:30am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 7:30pm]
• Long day shifts: [e.g. 7:30am - 7:30pm]

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to weekend working only (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.

• Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Personal care experience (helpful, but not essential)
• A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
