Female complex care assistant

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Support Workers to join a care package supporting a lady living in Cheltenham who would like to be supported to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. The client has multiple complex medical needs and is paraplegic but does not want this to define her.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life by providing person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

You will be supporting a female client in her own home and within the community. Due to the nature of the support required, we are seeking female staff only for this position.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care.
• Assisting with daily living activities.
• Supporting health and wellbeing needs.
• Accompanying the client to appointments and community activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.
• Delivering safe, person-centred care in line with care plans and risk assessments.
• Moving and assisting
• Cooking meals

• Companionship

• Female applicants only.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record

• Confident driver willing to drive as part of the role.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs is desirable.
• Caring, patient, and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

We are recruiting for staff able to work the following 12-hour shifts:

• Days: 07:30-19:30
• Nights: 19:30-07:30
