Due to internal restructuring, the school is seeking a professional and detail-focused HR Officer.
Role OverviewThe HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure full compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment processes
- Coordinating safer recruitment checks
- Supporting onboarding and induction
- Advising staff on HR policies
- Monitoring absence and leave
- Supporting payroll administration
- Managing performance review documentation
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements
- Liaising with external HR advisors when required
The role requires discretion, accuracy, and strong organisational capability.
HR & Operations TeamThe HR Officer works alongside the School Business Manager and Finance team. Policies and procedures are clearly defined and regularly reviewed.
