Human Resources Advisor

This role is situated to someone with 3+ years experience in a similar HR Advisor capacity who now feels ready to play a central role across all areas of the company from key projects to HR queries and everything in between.

The HR Advisor will be joining during an exciting period of change and will work closely with the HR Manager as well as Directors to develop HR policies and procedures as well as contributing or leading on key projects.

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that further strengthen engagement, proficiency, and the working environment.
• Support with payroll, benefits and support fair & inclusive recruitment processes.
• Monitor emerging risks, legislative changes, and HR best practice.

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor. Professional Services experience preferred.
• A genuine interest in continuous improvement and the development of a positive workplace ethos.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team to develop new people‑centric projects, policies and practices.
• Strong critical thinking and communications skills.
