Junior HR assistant

Working closely with an experienced HR team, you will provide practical HR support and advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a varied position where your responsibilities will develop as your knowledge and confidence grow. Preparing and maintaining accurate HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, policies and employee correspondence. Supporting clients with employee engagement surveys, exit interviews and employee feedback.

Coordinating DBS checks, credit checks, references and other pre-employment screening. Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance across a range of employee relations matters. Supporting managers and business owners with practical HR advice and guidance. Assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of HR systems. Acting as a point of contact for HR systems-related queries. Supporting the development and management of HR resources, templates and guidance for clients.

Assisting with a variety of HR projects as your experience develops. Building positive relationships with clients and providing a high level of customer service. WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous HR experience would be desirable not essential A keen interested in HR and progressing your career Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. Confidence using technology and an interest in HR systems. A proactive and curious approach, with a willingness to learn and ask questions.

A commercial and practical approach to HR. The ability to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. INDS
