You’ll work directly with clients and our expert specialists to translate data into insight, build trust, and help brands thrive in a complex digital landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own & grow a portfolio of SEO & visibility-driven accounts
- Lead client calls & presentations with confidence and clarity
- Turn performance data into commercial insight clients can act on
- Set ambitious goals and ensure delivery against KPIs
- Collaborate with specialists to shape and execute strategy
- Spot upsell and growth opportunities within accounts
- Educate clients on the evolving search landscape, including AI search
This is a high-impact role where you’ll represent Fibre strategically.
Qualifications & Requirements- 2+ years’ account management or equivalent client-facing experience
- Commercially confident and ROI-focused
- Communicate clearly — written and face‑to‑face presentations
- Can juggle multiple high‑profile clients with organisation and professionalism
- Thrive leading meetings and showcasing performance
- Take ownership and drive outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, & similar analytic tools
- Existing experience in SEO, AIO or organic search
- Familiarity with SE Rankings, SEMRush
- Presenting performance reports to stakeholders
- Awareness of AI search trends and evolving SERPs
