What You'll Be Doing Providing first and second-line technical support across complex virtualised environments Monitoring system performance to ensure stability, availability, and seamless functionality Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation to support operational excellence Supporting compliance with established processes, standards, and security policies What You'll Bring Strong organisational and time-management skills Experience working to ITIL best practices A mindset focused on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement A collaborative approach - sharing knowledge and learning from others A proactive attitude towards identifying risks, issues, and opportunities Desirable Skills Deep understanding of virtualisation technologies Experience installing, upgrading, configuring, or supporting:
