We're supporting a leading organisation delivering technology programmes across the UK Defence and National Security sector. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex IT, software and digital transformation projects within highly secure environments.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile programmes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that make a tangible operational impact.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. You'll work closely with technical teams, customers and senior stakeholders while managing project governance, risks and delivery performance.

• Proven experience delivering complex IT, software or digital transformation projects
• Strong background in Project or Delivery Management within Government, Defence or similarly regulated environments
• Experience applying delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, APM or MSP Ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules and resources effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing project risks, issues, governance and reporting
• Comfortable leading multidisciplinary delivery teams within fast-paced programmes

• Agile certifications or experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience delivering projects under both Time & Materials and Fixed Price contracts
• Knowledge of cyber, digital or secure technology programmes
• Experience working within National Security or Defence organisations
