• Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Log and manage support tickets, including daily system checks
• Handle user requests such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves
• Lead engaging IT inductions for new starters

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support, ideally within a service desk/help desk environment
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS (configuration and troubleshooting)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting across all levels of the business
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for multi-site support)
