Business Implementation Consultant – CP-IMP-
Coaley Peak Ltd | Hybrid (UK-wide / Cheltenham base) | £35,000 – £50,000 | Permanent, Full-time
About the RoleAs a Business Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with clients to guide and manage the adoption of AI and technology solutions into their business operations. You will bridge the gap between technical delivery and business change, ensuring implementations land effectively and deliver measurable value. This role suits someone with a strong consultancy background who is comfortable operating across multiple client environments and can manage complexity with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, owning client relationships from kick-off through to go-live and beyond
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement
- Develop and execute change management and adoption plans tailored to each client
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder reviews
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment between solution design and business needs
- Produce clear documentation including implementation plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
- Manage risk, issues, and dependencies across simultaneous client engagements
- Contribute to proposition development and internal knowledge-sharing
- Proven experience in a business implementation, change management, or technology consultancy role
- Comfortable working across industries and adapting quickly to new business contexts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of AI, automation, or digital transformation is desirable
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- UK-wide travel to client sites as required
- Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 dependent on experience
