Commercial is seeking a 2nd Line IT Engineer to provide escalated in-house and client support from our Cheltenham HQ with remote options and UK site visits. You will manage escalations, SLA-bound tickets, and knowledge documentation while collaborating with Microsoft, Citrix and VMware teams.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and commuting to the South-West region as needed. A comprehensive benefits package and hybrid working arrangement are offered.
