We are working with a specialist organisation delivering technical and cyber security solutions across complex and secure environments. They are looking to grow their cyber security capability and are seeking a Junior Cyber Security Consultant who is keen to develop their skills alongside experienced security professionals.

As a Junior Cyber Security Consultant, you will support the delivery of cyber security work packages across client and internal projects. You will assist with risk assessments, security controls, vulnerability tracking and the development of security documentation.

You will also contribute to Security Management Plans, Key and Certificate Management Plans, Security Case Reports, policies and procedures, while working closely with wider technical teams to support secure solution design.

• Degree, or currently working towards a degree, in Cyber Security, Information Technology or a related subject
• Good understanding of networking, systems and application security
• Strong interest in developing a career within cyber security
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST would be beneficial
• Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK Security Clearance
