eDV Delivery Manager (Contract) - National Security

• Cheltenham, UK
• £740-£760 per day DOE
• Inside IR35
• Contract until 31 March 2027
• 5 days per week on-site
• Highest level of UK Security Clearance required

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support a large technical delivery team within a secure Government environment.

You'll help coordinate multiple work streams, maintain delivery momentum and work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered effectively.

• Coordinate multiple work streams and track key dependencies
• Monitor delivery plans, milestones, risks and blockers
• Maintain clear reporting and delivery dashboards
• Support stakeholder updates and senior-level reporting
• Help resolve issues and escal
• Support resource planning and prioritisation across the team
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed objectives
• Work directly with teams to maintain progress and remove day-to-day blockers

• Previous experience in a Delivery Manager or similar delivery-focused role
• Experience working within Government or similarly complex environments
• Strong organisation, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple work streams and competing priorities

• Understanding of technology, infrastructure or network environments
• Experience working with large, multidisciplinary technical teams
• Previous experience supporting secure Government programmes
