About the Role
Our client, an established and growing Managed Service Provider, is looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer to join their technical team.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mix of high-level support, infrastructure projects and cloud technologies, while benefiting from ongoing training and genuine career progression.
 
What You'll Do:
 
Provide 3rd line support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory environments
Deliver infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and technical projects
Troubleshoot networking, virtualisation and security-related issues
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service improvements

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support or Senior IT Engineer role
MSP experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory
Good networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills  Why Join?
