Our Digital, Data & AI Advisory team synthesises knowledge and information from across AtkinsRéalis and uses it to guide strategies and roadmaps that achieve the outcomes our clients need. We work alongside and partner with organisations to create trusted information foundations that enable digital transformation, advanced analytics, AI adoption and improved business performance across infrastructure, energy and the built environment. Information Management is increasingly critical to ensuring that clients can trust the insights they derive from their data and do so efficiently.

It also underpins effective project delivery, better decision-making, improved reuse of knowledge and the development of future digital services and products. We are seeking an experienced Senior Information and Data Management Consultant to combine practical Information Management and BIM delivery expertise with strategic advisory skills. The role will suit someone who can engage clients, shape information and data strategies, improve ways of working and help teams realise measurable value from digital transformation.

• You will provide advisory‑led Information Management, data governance and digital transformation support, combining strategic consultancy with practical delivery capability across BIM, BS EN ISO 19650 and related digital services.
• Acting as an Information Management and Data Advisory specialist, you will provide leadership and direction to client and project teams, helping to mprove information governance, delivery efficiency and digital maturity.
• You will support the implementation of information management standards, processes and reporting arrangements, enabling the consistent management and reuse of information and data assets to support analytics, AI, digital twins and future digital services.
• In addition, you will contribute to the growth of the Digital, Data & AI Advisory practice by developing methods, collateral and propositions, helping to strengthen the team's capability and market reputation.

• Advising senior stakeholders on the trusted information foundations required to enable analytics, AI adoption, improved decision‑making and successful digital transformation.
• Facilitating client workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to understand business needs, information maturity, operational challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Developing Information Management, data governance and digital transformation strategies, roadmaps and implementation plan that translate business objectives into practical outcomes.
• Leading the application of Information Management best practice across projects and programmes, including the implementation of standards, governance frameworks and digital delivery processes.
• Establishing and improving information governance, data quality, metadata, taxonomy and information architecture approaches that maximise the value of information assets.
• Developing Information Management delivery plans, Common Data Environment (CDE) strategies, reporting frameworks and governance arrangements that support efficient project delivery.
• Supporting clients in using information and data to enable analytics, automation, digital twins, AI and other emerging digital capabilities.
• Monitoring and reporting on Information Management performance, compliance, risks, benefits realisation and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary digital, data and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions, maturity assessments, operating model recommendations and business change initiatives.
