** The Digital Security Organisation for BT’s Global Secure Solutions Business Unit is there to protect us from these ongoing and persistent cyber security threats.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead and shape the strategic and operational cyber digital vision, whilst driving continuous improvements and keeping one step ahead of the current global threat landscape.

The Senior Digital Security Manager will lead this organisation, supporting the operational and commercial security leads, working in partnership with clients, stakeholders, BT colleagues and external authorities, and therefore the role will be meaningful, transformative and impactful.
** This job role can be based in London, Cheltenham, Ipswich or Manchester. Hybrid (4 days office based & 1 day remote).*

* ** DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.**##
** What you’ll be doing
*** Accountable for the definition, delivery and execution of the Digital Cyber Security Strategy and Digital Security Roadmaps.  Embed transformation and change to maintain a suitable security posture against a continuous evolving threat landscape.
* Accountable for the Digital Security Architecture across the business unit, defining best practice, driving the deployment, integration and configuration of security solutions and enhancements in accordance with ‘secure-by-design’ principles.
* Driving threat modelling and security impact assessment, tracking digital security risk and exposure across the business unit, determining security requirements and specifications and developing security solutions to mitigate this.
* Operating as an SME in Digital Cyber Security, providing advice and guidance to key stakeholders across the specific BT Business unit including multiple senior stakeholders, leveraging best practice knowledge to detect, identify and respond to cyber events, threats, security risks and vulnerabilities.
